This one will probably have more local appeal. Summer provides almost infinite down time to clear your head, think your thoughts, or accomplish major side projects that just aren't feasible during the school year or if you had a normal job. This is one such project. My district is pretty sizeable, serving 35,000 kids. It is not the largest district in the state, but it's up there. There are 5 Pre-K centers, 26 Elementary Schools, 8 Middle Schools, 5 High Schools and 1 Special Elective Center. And I visited them. All of them. And then I took a picture. A lot of them are undergoing renovations and in a couple cases, the proper campus is being completely rebuilt and the schools are set up in temporary locations for the next 18-24 months. But I didn't mind capturing the campuses warts and all. Consider it a state of the district 2012. In a couple years I will probably grab up to date photos.

What do you do with 45 campus photographs? Make a poster of course! Here's a tiny teaser image of what is in (soon to be) reality a 3ft x 6ft poster with each campus featured in a 4in x 6in image.

Teachers who know me locally, if you'd like a print, get in touch and I'll let you know how much they are. I'm going to inquire with the printer man on Monday.
